Last year, I had a vision for my daughter’s birthday cake, which I described to Nicki with the help of a few pictures. She absolutely brought my imagination to life! The craftsmanship was impeccable, and the cake tasted out of this world. We chose red velvet, which was divine – full of flavour, moist, and perfectly balanced. The icing wasn’t overly sweet or thick; it complemented the cake beautifully without being sickly. This year, we’ve gone back to Nicki for my daughter’s 5th birthday cake, and I honestly can’t wait to see the outcome. I’m sure I’ll be leaving another 5-star review after this one! I can’t recommend Nicki enough – she is an absolute star!
Would highly recommend! Nicki recently did our wedding cake. The cake was stunning! The attention to detail and quality was amazing. We got so many comments from our guests about how good the cake was! The whole process was so easy & Nicki was so warm & accommodating.
After picking our flavour of cake (after a delicious tasting session), we gave Nicki a vision of our day and ideas for the cake. The cake turned out even better than I dreamed it could and ended up being a huge talking point of the day (I think there are more photos of the cake, than us as the bride and groom)! We got to take the top tier on our mini-moon and we enjoyed every piece. Massive thank you for making our cake dream a reality!
Nicki did a fantastic job on our wedding cake earlier this month. The cake looked incredible and tasted absolutely amazing! She was very accomodating to making two vegan tiers and whatever flavours we wanted and you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference at all. All of our guests wanted to know her details as it was just so good! Luckily there were leftovers for us afterwards!
Nikki is just wonderful! I knew the moment I met her I wanted her to bake our wedding cake. All the flavours are so tasty but we went with Pink champagne, chocolate and Lemon & Elderflower. Pink champagne was everyone's absolute favourite! The cake has all gone!!!!! Would 100% recommend her for any cake, she's friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!
Nicki gave us the most amazing cake for our wedding. It was 4 tiers with a fantastic and different flavour for each: zesty lime and passion fruit curd, carrot cake, pistachio, cardamom and lemon with rose water buttercream and strawberry with vanilla. All decorated with fresh flowers to match our theme. Nicki was delightful and professionals to be with throughout. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for making our wedding perfect. Gallery cakes were by far our favourite supplier for our wedding. From the moment we met Nicki we knew she would be the best person for our wedding cake and she went above and beyond for us. Nicki helped guide us through the whole process, and we had such trust in her that we handed over creative vision of our cake and cupcake display for our big day and Nicki just brought it to life, better than we could of even dreamed. I have not eaten cake in nearly 20 years but after the RAVE reviews from our guests, I had to try it and it did not disappoint. Gallery cakes are the best! X

To start of, Gallery cakes (Nicki) is the most welcoming, friendliest, and heartwarming person we’ve met. She made picking our cake for mine and my wife’s wedding easy, and painless. Inviting us to her beautiful home to share with us the best cake We had tried! Her professionalism, and bubbly personality really drew us in and we was more Than happy to accept her to take on our dream wedding cake. (I may have enjoy the samples a little too much. They were delicious). And at such a great price we couldn’t go wrong! The end result was more than we could’ve asked for and more. Nicki even delivered our cake to our venue, despite the weather. We was all blown away when we see it! Our guests were all complementing how great it looked, and how delicious it was, and saying that it was the best cake they’ve ever tried! It really was nice to hear all these nice comments about it. Nicki, you done us proud and totally blew us away with your amazing, talented work. It was an absolute pleasure to have met you, and a shame it’s all come to an end now. Me and my wife highly recommend Nicki, for any type of cake you desire, whether birthday, wedding or special occasion. She will not disappoint!
Nicki created our wedding cake and it was perfect! We had a four tier, edible flower cake and not only did it look stunning but it tasted delicious too. We had lots of compliments from our guests afterwards. Nicki was lovely to work with and created exactly the cake we wanted. We highly recommend Nicki!
